Showroom Manager

  • Answering phone calls

  • Ordering office supplies & samples

  • Running various errands for the studio

  • Invoicing

  • Coordinating deliveries

  • Overseeing the operation of the showroom to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently by doing the following:

    • Making sure that all materials are correctly stored and are available when needed

    • Maintaining store security by monitoring entrance areas for unwanted guests & meeting with walk-in clients to discuss vendors in showroom.

    • Communicating with vendors regarding orders and deliveries

    • Coordinating with the sales team to ensure that all orders are filled quickly and efficiently

    • Coordinating with designers to ensure that they meet client expectations
