SOTA Supply is a San Diego-based resource company for highly curated, bold and modern brands. SOTA or ‘State-Of-The-Art’ supplies truly unique architectural goods and finishes to the trade as well as the design-loving public.

Born out of a collaboration between Encinitas-based The Brown Studio and Swell Property, we are deeply passionate about design and quality, and only offer products we would (and have) used in our own high-end residential, hospitality and commercial projects. Our background in real estate development ensures we offer products we know to make an impact and successful sale, while our architectural and interior design DNA are a driving force in sourcing and sharing resources that push the boundaries of design and make a space truly memorable.

With our roots firmly grounded in Encinitas, our local showroom conveniently located on the 101 Coast Highway not only offers great resources, but acts as a hub for the local design-loving community by hosting curated events and educational sessions.
